Tonight my friends and I are checking out a new pub and going out for some drinks. It’s been a while since any of us had time to hang out because of school and work, so it’ll be fun relaxing and catching up with each other.

I was hesitant on going at first because I’m trying to lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle, but many of them think I’m being a bit absurd trying to cut out alcohol and fast food from my diet. “Why are you doing this to yourself? YOLO!” they say. (Yes, unfortunately my friends say YOLO.)

My plan was to order water, a chicken salad, and be a party pooper but then I thought to myself, “I’m pretty sure even the fittest person has a social life and occasionally goes out to pubs. Pretty sure there are some healthy options out there.” So I turned to trusty ol’ Google and found this awesome infographic.
