Hello Milestone! Today I ran 12.4 kmthe longest I’ve run…. ever.

In about a month, I will be participating in the Scotiabank Vancouver Half-Marathon, running a whopping 21km! Do I think I can achieve it? Of course I can! The trick is to focus on accomplishing the race instead of focusing on the results and the end time. Although I do have a goal in mind, I won’t beat myself up if I do not reach it. In the end, the marathon is for a good cause and simply experiencing the race will be worth it!

I’m super excited for June 24 to come and my training schedule just got a little more intense! Since I don’t have classes or work in the mornings, I will dedicate a couple of hours each day to train for the half-marathon! Wish me good luck!
